Hokay stranger, so I was basically trawling lj for yj reviews because the way I feel about that episode was somewhere between BEST OF ALL THINGS and WATCHING IT SEVERAL TIMES. (Ok I was not between those) And I just needed to read nice things about it!

And it turns out that the fandom for yj is apparently the LITERAL WORST with misogyny and everyone being WRONG about everything!

And then! Then here I am with this beautiful post encompassing all the amazeballsness and I am breaking my cardinal creeper rule because I must comment! Ugh and then you linked that fic! I read that fic last night and it is my forever girl. I've heard Young Justice fandom was THE WORST so I refuse to look around it because I am fragile and cannot take people hating on Megan or Artemis because they have vaginas. and besides, WHY FOCUS on negative shit when this show is rainbows and teenage sidekick superhero angst 24/7!?!?!?

Yeah avoiding the fandom is pretty much the best decision of all time. I wandered in all innocent and then ran out punching myself in the face repeatedly in an effort to forget. Although to be fair I saw some voices of exasperated reason but DANG, not worth slogging through that misogynistic nonsense. You are wise for staying in your oasis of happy times!

UNDERSTANDABLE BUT CATCH UP!!!!! Each week I'm like THIS SHOW CANNOT GET MORE DELIGHTFUL and then Artemis brings another underwater breather thing for Wally or Superboy adopts some new random pet to be his friend and I die.

The Fades started off really fucking slow. But the past two episodes have been 2 LEGIT 2 QUIT, I think it'll end really strongly. PLUS, JOE DEMPSIE!!!!

I've really enjoyed Community this season, IDK what that says about me but OH WELL.

I feel like. With Community. Man, the internet made it uncool to like after last season. And now it's sort of just not as terrible/whelming as it was before. So it's weird? To like it again? I don't care, I think it's been legit this season so far.

Ugh, you are so right, the internet did sort of put a hex on enjoying Community. I half considered not watching it this year and while s2 did have problems I really don't think it was half as bad as the internet made it out to be hindsight. I like a lot of the episodes! and yeah, this season has been pretty solid for me, like it's not perfect but whatever, I enjoy it. I'm waiting for everyone to turn on Parks and Rec, ONLY A MATTER OF TIME, TBH.
