Okay, so this month's theme inspired me in more than one way. I got struck with some plans for dragons, so I just had to work it out of my system. :D This beauty took me an hour to sketch and start, and another day to finish. (8am-9pm) Wanna see? He's the European type, though, so it's not quite ami-along theme.. but I'll post it nevertheless.

Thank you! I was trying hard to make him look good - the photos don't do full justice to him.

Oh legendancer!! He is really marvelous! And the photos are TOO!!! Especially the one taken from underneath, with the light behind his wings!! Wonderful job!! :o)

And of course, as you know, it doesn't matter if it fits the monthly theme at ALL! Love love seeing everyone's creations!

Aaw, thanks! I was lucky I could make another one like the demo shot but with the finished guy - the Sun is playing hide and seek at the most irregular intervals here. :B
I know any ami is welcome any time, but I wish he could have fit into the monthly theme nevertheless - it's such an inspiring theme for me, but the time for a Chinese dragon has yet to come, inspiration struck me for this now. Curious fact: this is my first dragon I think.... always wanted to make one. :)

Thank yee - those were tricky parts that made me fail in my previous attempt last autumn. But my pride is that it's all done in one piece, without any sewing whatsoever.

Gald you like them, as the only criticism I got was about the wings, and it wasn't nice... but good weather and assets, plus an obedient model make it easier to get good results. :)
