Not usually a fan of crossovers but this one could really work. Can so imagine Harry and Mycroft as colleagues and 'friends'.
Brilliant character observations. Very brave to write inside your Holmes's head, given you paint it as a fascinatingly menacing place to be. I like that he is complex though, was worried he would become a villain but you have the 'not as others think' thing spot on. I particularly like:

"Perhaps you merely miss him", Mycroft had suggested. That particular remark had earned his brother twenty uninterrupted minutes of verbal evisceration, from which most people would never psychologically recover.
