I am so very in love with this story. Your author's note is exactly the way I see Sherlock and Sherlock/John. Exactly the way I see him.

Thank you very much! I'm glad someone else see Sherlock in this light, most of the stories have him as an uncertain sub. Mind if I friend you? and also ask where you found this little story?

I would love it if you friended me. I can always use more Sherlock friends, particularly those who see Sherlock the way I do. Uncertain sub Sherlock so doesn't work for me. Although if the plot is interesting enough I can just skip the sex scenes. There is just so much of it out there. The story popped up on my friends list. Did you announce it in any of the coms? Maybe Sherlockbbc before the hiatus. May I suggest posting on AO3 for the duration if you want to get your work out to a wider audience. I am already a huge AO3 fan and supporter, but it is going to be a real lifesaver during the next 3 weeks.

Really enjoying this so far. Not exactly the way I see Sherlock but I can easily imagine these elements there, and I love the way you are drawing them out; it's very convincing. You write so well too. Lovely use of language.
I find myself a bit like John, not wanting to like this - such a menacing Sherlock is uncomfortable-but despite myself, I do! Now onto the next bit. Loving the cliffhanger.
