Correct on both counts. It's heat, not water that change the color of these bathtime licca's. You can simply blow on them with a hairdryer. This one's hair turns a rather light blue. They have little painted on bras & pantys that disappear when heated. :O

I forgot which Petite these glasses came from, but you are right. Her hat originally belonged to Sunset Surfer Petite. Petite glasses and hats seem to fit Liccas perfectly.
