Last night I had my sixth personal trainer session at the gym. I did a bunch of work in the studio after warming up on the elliptical before the session. Now, my folks are paying for the membership (for now) and have sprung for the personal trainer sessions (this last batch as a birthday gift) and I'm there 4-5 times a week without fail.
