So on Tuesday, June 10th, I started Weight Watchers again. I think I'm really ready for it this time, and last night I started back up with Water Aerobics. The instructor had missed me in the 8 months I had been gone (last session was October 19, 2007). Pretty much all of the fun & interesting people from the class were still there, so that's good ( Read more... )

a chicken sandwich at BK, a stacker burger at Wendy's, and a Whopper Jr. for breakfast/lunch on Saturday

Haha whoa, NOBODY should eat that much fast food in a week! Though I know it happens because sometimes you just don't have the time to cook or the cash to spend on something a little healthier.

It should be noted that at least I ordered all of the sandwiches with no mayo and no cheese, but I agree it's too much. (and regardless it's less than I would have been ordering if I wasn't watching what I was doing (i.e. no fries etc.)).

Thanks! I'm planning on planning better, it's been such a long time since I've done regular cooking, it's hard to get back into the habit.

Cool. When I did WW for the first time, I really shouldn't have been on it, as I was at a healthy weight for my height and my age, and when I got down to goal, I looked positively skeletal. I was doing it because my Mom wanted to lose weight and wanted someone to go with her, so she convinced me that I needed to go too. That's a large part of why I ended up just gaining over the years after I got into college. I really only tried it once since that first time and things are totally different now with Points instead of exchanges.
