Turns out that part of my fence blew down last night. I got a call from the neighbor on the other side of the fence today. It happened right under my bedroom window at some point last night, falling into my garden bench and I didn't hear anything at all! Actually they had another emergency this morning so prolly didn't get to my house til after noon... but they did email to let me know the change in plans. Hopefully my neighbor will be satisfied with the fix.
