So today is my parent's 42nd anniversary!

I sent them an e-card yesterday and tomorrow they'll be receiving a lovely potted rose plant. They also got a large check from me to pay for my remaining share of the trip to France. They don't really seem old enough to be celebrating that many years of marriage, it's kind of strange to thing about it, since I'm the eldest of the three kids, and

They waited 7 years before they adopted me... and they were "older" for their time frame when they got married. Twenty-two and twenty-seven, I think. So if you went by the normal timeline they shouldn't be as old as they are to have a child my age. Or something like that. I was just rambling. :)
