Not that I know.. the only CF confirmed Michael I know is the NK Michael, and his last name is Pearce... but we like him, we really like him!

Is this a joke?!?

Likening paying for schools with paying vet bills is ridiculous. If your pet gets sick - it doesn't affect the community.

Uneducated citizens affect everyone. Why should a child be punished because of their parents income?

I would think wanting educated, thoughtful citizens would be something everyone with half a brain could support.
