I haven't written in my LJ for a very long time. I can't really take the time to explain the interim; it was life, and so it goes, and so on. The best I can do is get right back into the swing of things, devoting myself to writing at least once a day here so I can get back on the right track.

Good luck on writing for yourself, though I will miss your fic. But when something becomes a millstone, it's time to cut that sucker loose and move on. Or something else supportive, I'm working on ramen and tea, so don't pay attention to anything I say.

YOU! YOU REMEMBER MEEEE. this is victory worth celebrating. :D I'm actually really happy that I'm focusing less on fanfic, but I will miss Watanuki's antics and Doumeki's stoicism, among other fandoms and characters. *sigh* Oh, nostalgia.

Hmm, so are you not interested in reading fic? (I understand, I haven't read xxxHolic fic in entirely too long.)

Pfft, nostalgia. Talk to me when you're missing the days of cheesy 90's fantasy shows. Oh, Xena, Hercules, Buffy...those were the days. *shakes cane*

Oh, man, finishing all the fics I started and promised to write-- yeah. I try not to think about those. >.>;;

I wouldn't say that, really. I still turn to fanfic when I get bored to the point of delirium; it's just astonishingly rare nowadays. As for the xxxHolic fandom, damn I miss the old days, and the authors we had in our circle. Mostly I miss the days before CLAMP lost their minds and went through the Rou arc, thereby jossing almost all the ships anyone ever had. I prefer to reread the classics-- flakedice and iambickilometer, for example. :)

I hear that Cartoon Network is thinking about bringing back Toonami, with all their most awesome shows. :D Does that help?
