I had this exact same problem, except in reverse. I am planning Doumeki parents fic, and I did some very similar name research (I settled on Hisoka, "reserved", for his dad's name, which was... merciful, considering what I could have gone with.)

Anyhow, this is lovely. The thought of it just tickles me. I love my angst, don't get me wrong. But this is a beautiful possibility.
