Dinah and Jaime had gotten up early, and Dinah had helped walk Jaime through an actual plan for investigation. Which was much better than his "plan" of going back out to Orla and "trying to find something helpful

Dinah started taking photos with her digital camera immediately. "No other tire tracks," she noted, getting a 360 view of the area, facing out from Mrs. Wilson's car. She climbed on top of it, and took a few photos from there, using the zoom. "Khaji Da? Check out the area for us. Anything anomalous at all."
Jaime nodded, and closed his eyes going silent and slowly turning in a circle.
After about a minute, he muttered to himself. "You sure? Okay."
He blew out a frustrated sigh. "He says there are signs of magical energy, but... magic isn't really our thing. Beyond the fact that something happened here, we can't really tell what it was. Not even really when it happened other than in the past month."
He scowled. "But nothing else weird that we can find."
"Not really my wheelhouse either," Dinah noted with a frown. "If we knew what she was investigating here in the first place-- well." Wishes and horses.
She jumped off the car and paced a little ways away, then stopped. "Hey. You still talk to Traci, right?"

He pulled out his phone, and dialed, foot tapping impatiently as he waited for Traci to pick up on the other end.
