My steps to improve my English

A few days ago I was read text about 70 ways to improve English. In this text was wrote: 1st way - Start your own English language blog. It is great idea in my mind. But I don't want to start new blog, because I have my own russian blog. I'll write here :)

The passive construction for the past tense is "was reading":) I guess, a message exchange in a real time on Facebook allows to improve your language and communication skills more effectively. Anyway, a live conversation is better than meaningless writing
