I wanted to extend an invite to you!

If any of you are interested in my upcoming 3 1/2 months in Japan, feel friend me at yohjideranged .

I plan to post pictures and experiences there.

Anyway, I thought I would extend the invite to those that may be interested. I leave for Japan on August 31!

Yep. Study abroad. It is an intensive language and culture study for my degrees (history and anthropology with concentration on East Asia).

I am going with the Japan Center for Michigan Universities located in Hikone. The school is right off Biwako and quick train ride from Kyoto and Otsu.

I haven't really abandoned it so much as life got in the way. My family was hit really hard with the economic downturn and have had to sort of put more effort into serious business rather than fandom. Hopefully this will turn around this year - prospects seem good.
