Aw, man. Memories. I always had to hit pause just before they get to the scoring part. That way, I can pretend it's a happy ending. Oh, well. Beautiful program, beautiful performance.
I think / hope he knows. Maybe not immediately after the performance or after the scoring, but in the days after, the outpouring of love and support he received should be, in a way, a confirmation. :)
Me too, though it's almost as bad just seeing how pleased and happy he is when he's finished having given the performance of his life when it mattered, and knowing how it turns out, that's what breaks my heart. I really have to steel myself to watch the Olympic performance, which is a shame because it is wonderful.
