I Can......

maiden_mist told me to make a list of ten things I could do, in light of my recent post.
I've been trying to take it seriously.

1. I can........put one of my legs behind my ear. Useless, but bendy.
2. I can tell you the difference between a church built in Roman, Gothic or Baroque style.
3. I can talk with a lot of different people, though anxiety sometimes holds ( Read more... )

cool list :)

i'd like to think i could do your #9 but i'm hesitant to say that because i don't instinctively know which way is N, S, E, or W unless there's a freeway nearby with those markings.

Freeways have NESW marking over there? That's handy!
I actually imagine looking at me from the sky, googlemaps style and than i know where the winddirections are...

:D Great! Now I'd like you to make a list of 10 things you'd want/wish/love to do, and think of how you can accomplish those things.:D
Love nr 2,4 and 6. You'd make a lovely tourguide, speaking of nr 2 and 6.:D Really, you love history and know lots of things about various places, why not a tourguide?:D Nr 3 would help with that as well.:D Not to mention, if you need it, i can talk to the employers and tell them you were an excellent guide through Leeuwarden so the job suits you very well. ^^ And nr 4 could help you basically in any job that requires working on the PC. Am jealous for nr 1, I don't have such mobility! -_- That reminds me I should start doing some sport after I finish the exams...
And of course, yay for nr 9 and 10! We're good at man stuff too! :D

I could make a bucketlist, but i'm not sure if i'll ever accomplish it...

Tourguides over here usually are voluntary jobs, so i would not get paid. Which sucks because i kinda need to pay rent and bills and stuff....

really? how can they not be paid! I mean, if you're working for an agency, and that agency sells a trip to a group of tourists, they need a tourguide, right? When i went to Mexico we booked a trip to the Yucatan peninsula to see the Mayan ruins and we had a tourguide and he only knew German because the agency was german. xD But my point was that he was paid. xD :))

Am super impressed about 10! I haven't played video games in years and I don't even attempt to compete with my husband and his friends, because we know that 99% of the time I am gonna loose :P.
