Robotics kickoff was a couple of minutes ago, and woah, they really made an effort to make this year different. Spending hours at robotics and managing to finish all this homework really does seem impossible, but we'll see. SO. The objective of the game is the same as always, to get more points than the opposite colored teams. But this time most scoring is 1 pt. And the game is called Teeter-Totter troubles or something.
And so ways to score are: The teeter-totter (putting balls on it), tilting the teeter-totter toward your side, putting balls in this scoring "basket" (by way of a human player, who like shoots balls into the basket with a catopult-like device or by putting it with your robot) But if the opposite team puts your scoring basket in the no-scoring zone when time runs out, you can't count any of the balls in your basket as points. And to move the basket, you need to lift it up (it weighs like 15 lbs.) and then push.

It's quite different.

OOOOH CORCORAN. I miss him so. But my levels of missing him have not yet surpassed my immense desire to never set foot in that building again.
..Mcquillan is LIKE SO TOTALLY gonna be Corcoran in 30 years...except probably more PMS-ful.

Oh lord. Im terridied of Hell Week now. Not just dreading (dredding? idk) it, im flat out terrified.
I asked Maren how the hell she did it, especially being a lead. She had no real answer other than to pay really close attention in class because it will help me learn faster and therefore get the work done fast. ARGH

Better than McQ? I've heard good things, but i've never heard that!

It's just that McQ is like not as chill and she's just less experienced, but i bet in a couple of years she will be just like Corcoran =P, or better.
