I heard it in the context of a closeted gay Chasidic guy thinking that he was on a higher spiritual plane because he did not enjoy having sex with his wife. So he was only doing good for good's sake (took him about 25 years of marriage to admit that his little problem wasn't going away).

By the way, I'm blocked on FB but do you still need strips for your diabetes reader? I don't use mine so much because my diabetes is mostly under control but every time I fill my prescription I get a month's worth so I have extra boxes.
