(Plus I'm scared that if I did i'd see 80% of them are leaving here, because of the silly direction LJ developers are going in...)

I think there is a lot of us making the exodus to DW, but I have some friends who are entrenched to deeply here to move and I will be checking a friend's page filter of those folks out daily and all my posts will be cross-posted to my LJ.

Um, to be honest I hadn't really thought of Artie/Pete (strange I know given my DiNozzo/Gibbs pairing), I mainly ship Pete/Myka. I'll have to look around and see if any fics pyke my interest in A/P... Or maybe you could recommend some favourites? If they don't have spoilers for anything past 2x05 (the crossover ep)
