My feet are going to fall off one day or be ground down into flatness or something one day. I'd forgotten what it was like to stand up for 6 hours not-quite-in-a-row (I had a 15 minute break, but then I got off late, so that made my shift stay 6 whole hours long) even though just yesterday I was on my feet for almost eight hours. Yup, I have some No Doubt! 3 albums, I think. Beacon Street Collection, Tragic Kingdom, and Rock Steady.

I really like Lady Gaga, plus the music she played before she really developed the Lady Gaga persona. I should get her stuff.

I remember working retail. Being on your feet all day is excruciating. Good socks and supportive shoes help. Support hosiery wouldn't hurt.

My kitty is 14. He is such a sweet dorky thing. I hate he is getting older.

I think I'm going over to the mall sometime soon (this Saturday before work, maybe?)and getting a few more padded Hot Topic socks. They're outrageously good for products targeted to tweens. My rainbow socks are a year and a half old, still fully elastic, and even though I have size 12-14 calves, aren't too tight, which is AWESOME.
