Wishlist for end of 08 start 09
I am a bit late with this but i am told by some i need to have some sort of hoping/wishing for myself...and not just say i don't care what i get. Seriously i still don't mind. And Christmas is tomorrow so no doubt anyone who comes across this would not be able to do anything (unless they have a link of a fanfic) by then. So i'll make this a Christmas/New Year wishlist. And even if you don't have the skills, time or money to complete anyone's wishes (i know i don't) just reading them can sometimes find yourself smiling or aggreeing with a wish or hope for everyone. Enjoy Christmas tomorrow. *waves*
Wishlist
* Make a post (public, friends locked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
* If you wish for real life things (not stories or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.
* Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ so that the holiday joy will spread.
Surf around your friends list (or friends’ friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
*If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use-or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free-do it.
* You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out; it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf-to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not-it's your call.
* There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish and it might come true. Give and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

2) Icons - For csi:ny involving Mac/Stella or them individually. Nicely worded is always appreciated.

Crazy holiday adventures or something with a happy ending is always appreciated during holidays. But anything is win! :P
5) Vids.
Any for the previous pairings plus Doctor Who and Stargate:Atlantis *grins childishly*
6) A favourite loved or new happily found recipe that I could try my hand at! Those slices chocolate/ginger for my teachers were delicious there wasn’t almost any left to give to them! ;) can be dessert or main anything :D
7) A job next year (in the near future)
8) Ok let’s put a big one so rl friends can’t complain... winning a trip to the USA! :O
9) Make someone's wish come true. Do something for the one who was too shy to post a wishlist. Make someone smile for the holidays. :)
10) And a wish to TV gods:
- Buy some more good British comedy god knows we need it. Pretty please ABC!
- Second season of Torchwood on Ten normal...grumbles about not having a HD tuner...
- Same with Smallville bring it back to Ten normal
- Channel nine to hire a reasonably well headed programmer and stop the stupid shuffling and non-existent tv timetable...and bring back Without a Trace as soon as possible? Please...if not tv powers that be pop a season dvd of any of my tv shows into the mail for me and that might ease my annoyance with you...
