Chill out for a while and continue to build up muscle and good habits. Don't take anything that changes your natural appetite because your metabolism will get screwed up and you will just gain all the weight back and then some. No more diet pills

I didn't plan on continuing the pills, they didn't do anything to begin with. I had a weak moment!
I snack with veggies and fruits now and make sure to vary them. I do Jazzercise (which I TOTALLY recommend!) which includes both cardio and weight training.
I really am trying to ignore the fact that after 4 months, I'm completely without results, but it is really hard. I enjoy this lifestyle and plan on keeping it, but I come from a very obese family. Heh, I should talk about my sugar/fat/cholesterol free, low sodium, kosher and vegetarian household. This is my first diet and I'm trying to think of it as what it is, a lifestyle change. I plan to stick with this, not just stop when I reach a goal.
But yeah. I'm looking at nutritional information and I'm picking the right things. I just wish I could lose even 5lbs or something, just as proof I'm not completely screwing up! If I had insurance, I'd talk to my doctor about this. Meh.
