All quiet on the intestinal front. No pain. No hunger. I'm not overly tired. The hyper-focus thing persists. I have a mild, pleasant buzzing in my head, like I popped a Vicodin, but without the "wow I'm suddenly dumb" side effects. Gotta keep an eye on that. I need to do a short fast myself! I do it to curb hunger and reset my miserable metabolism. Not so long, just 3-5 days, and I can have anything liquid, just no solids. Since I have a juicer, I usually have fresh apple-carrot juice. I can highly recommend some vegetable juice of one of the all fruit smoothies if you're feeling faint but don't want to completely go off the fast.
