I thought I would be able to post before, during and after pictures, but the contractors are still here. Still. They're ALMOST done. I hope they put our couch back together before leaving. I just got home after having lunch with my coworkers. The four of us had a lovely time...lots of good, non-work-related conversation. It's nice having nice

Well, sorry they didn't finish yesterday, but I'm sure they want it to be perfect! I can't wait to see...

And glad your parents are arriving this afternoon - I know you'll be much happier having them close by, although it will mean fewer trips to that land where Mickey Mouse is president. (A country with a president who actually knows what he's doing!)

Ha! You got that right. Yeah, it does suck to no longer have a free place to stay in Florida, but it will be so much nicer having them around for birthdays, plays, holidays, and especially when the child-who-is-currently-a-figment-of-our-imaginations becomes real :)

Suprisingly, Murphy's law has broken this time. They arrived about 1 hour after the contractors left. Of course, the dust was still everywhere, but you can't have everything.
