We were in NY from Saturday to Monday for S's aunt's wedding.

And "Vincent's Folly", besides being yummy, was only that he didn't inspire people to open up more of these cafes!

Oh, and that was a lot of food! But I'm still waiting on S' report because I know better than to expect an impression of the sushi from either you or R :D

Glad to put a smile on your face ;) The sushi bar was impressive and S brought back a plate full, but yeah, you're gonna have to get any further details on that from her :)

I'm not gonna do a whole post, cause wee's said it all. As for the sushi, it was an impressive spread with the chefs right there making sushi as fast as people could eat it. The variety was limited by the fact that eveything had to be "kosher style" so no shellfish, bottom feeding fish, or eels. What we did have was tuna, salmon, roe, some white fish, avocado, cucumber, imatation crab, and carrot. In various combos, both sashimi and roll. It was all quite tasty.
