Gethin likes coming to bars like this one. Bars with people sat on their own... all with such potential. He also likes the fact he can smoke, freely, and is doing so quite happily.
There's another man, not a million miles away, and Gethin can't help but stare. He's seen handsomer, sure, but this stranger isn't bad. And he's alone. And he's going through the cigarettes almost as quickly as he himself is. Can't be all bad.

Oh look, he's encountering one of those sorts right now! Except, Le Chiffre's not exactly one to stand out as a psychopath. How do you even judge that by looks anyway? Maybe the scar helps him look more like one.. but really, you can't judge until he starts having a psycho moment.
Anyway, what with a very acute paranoia, Chiffre can sense eyes on him pretty quickly, and is already returning the eyeing up with a distant smirk. He shall humour the youngin' for now.
Contact made, Gethin quickly swoops up his drink and pack of cigs, shimmying over to the other man. You could never accuse him of not being bold.
"How about... looking for someone else on this planet who's not afraid to show their lungs who's boss?" He smirks, nodding towards the cigarette in Le Chiffre's own hand.
Well, he certainly doesn't hang around, does he? The move even amuses Chiffre enough to warrant a smirk. Not to mention another heavy exhale of smoke. Company isn't exactly appreciated, but he won't turn it down just yet.
"I hear there's a very minor percentage in this world that are immune to the affects of smoke. I like to take the gamble," he comments.
