I ran out of tissues. Now I'm all snotty nosed at work, and the guy that just walked by my cube gave me a very odd glance.

I love Dean in this, and wasn't sure about the whole Jess and Sam had a kid, but it's a very moving story. Tender, full of heart, and funny.
