for me its balut.. balut is a fertilized duck embryo that is boiled alive and eaten in the shell.. its a common food/snack here in the philippines but i really hate it (but sadly you'll never be called a true filipino if you dont eat it >.< )

I already bought my copy, but, lol, I can't say I've ever tasted anything particularly eye-opening or downright disgusting. I need to experience more of the world. OTL However, I absolutely loathe Pepto Bismol. *shudders* I know it's not food; nonetheless, ugh, I don't know how many times I've thrown it up. And, um... surprisingly, I really enjoy eating food with wasabi even though I can't take spice well. :Db
