Michigan has voted to allow corporate takeover of the state on the word of the Governor.

This has kept my head spinning to the point where I have no idea what to do next. Which I'm sure is exactly how they want us to feel.

I don't even have words for all this yet. And by the time I find them, I will probably no longer have a voice or any means by which to be heard.

This is terrifying. But I'm not going down without a fight.

The only suggestion I have is to check out the recall-ability of any senators, etc. responsible for passing the bill, and keep a lookout for upcoming elections.

I seriously doubt that it'll be able to stand, considering it usurps the Constitutional structure of electing one's government, but there's likely to be some unpleasantness before action gets taken against it. :(
