I have a hard time not thumping the people I see buying gas at BP stations. Granted, the damn things are everywhere, but by and large if you don't punish bad behavior, it doesn't change. Dx

Pretty much all toolbars are spyware - but that one specifically gets routinely hijacked by viruses. And this propaganda/marketing technique has - according to what I've read - been so widespread in the US on all levels (INCLUDING school textbooks) that people have a hard time telling truth from propaganda. In many ways that's probably key to the growth of the religious extremists

This is outrageous. I've been sitting here for a solid minute thinking of what to say about this, but all I keep thinking is "that's outrageous" and variations of that. Sad, sad, sad state of affairs. I wish I could take some time off to go down and help.

Just got back from driving round trip to Virginia over the weekend, and each time I passed a BP station I thought, "You SUCK!"
