Bridesmaids can have flowers. They are usually less elaborate than the bride's or have a contrast colour and less amount of flowers. Bride's flowers are usually bigger, too. I like this combination: http://www.weddingbee.com/2011/05/05/green-and-white-wedding-flowers/

It's really up to your creativity, though. As long as you're holding the prettiest bouquet!

What flowers you choose is up to you, typically the bouquets in the weddings I shoot compliment each other. Most of the time the bridesmaid bouquets are all identical, and smaller than the bride bouquet. Some weddings have different flower arrangements for each maid, but usually they are all made out of the same flowers. I don't think there are any set rules, but if you have a bouquet and your maids don't it would look odd.

brides (and bridesmaids) can have whatever flowers they want. Usually it's the bride's choice what flowers the bridesmaids carry. Pick what *you* and your bridesmaids will like. You don't have to go by tradition.

I had the same color scheme as you, and what I ended up doing was going for contrast. My bridesmaids were in purple dresses so their bouquets were mostly yellow, and slightly smaller than mine. Mine was mostly purple so the darker colors would 'pop' against my ivory dress. Hope that helps!

I think usually, the bride's bouquet is bigger and has some of the more expensive flowers in it -- it's like a bigger, fancier version of the attendants' bouquets. That said, it's your wedding, so you can do whatever you want. :)

My maid of honor and I had the exact same bouquets but hers was smaller! We made our own out of just a whole bunch of white hydrangeas.
