I am in Sydney, but on the north-west outskirts, and I found it quite hard to source local vendors, because most people from 'Sydney' are based around the CBD. I got a handy free guide at a wedding expo a while back from http://www.weddingguide.com.au/ which has sections on different areas of Sydney etc ( ... )
