I think that's a great favor! I ordered some supplies for my own wedding and those of some friends/family from Beau Coup, and everything was of very nice quality. Looks like they have lots of nice frame options.

my fiance and I are fairly tattooed (well he's fairly tattooed, I'm heavily tattooed) and figured it'd be a neat way to have favors :) the tattoo is our initials A&S with the rebel alliance symbol (we're star wars nerds)

I don't think we're going to do favors. A lot of people don't like them, and I don't want to force things on people.

If we could afford to though, and we really wanted to do favors, I'd do mugs. I love mugs, and they'd be a god fit with our brunch reception.

now, when you say people don't like them... what do you mean by that exactly?

dude, the mugs i looked at on zazzle and cafepress were over $10 EACH. i'm already looking at $20,000 for food, so yeah, no.

There was a poll about wedding favors in another LJ community a while ago and most people who responded said they didn't like getting wedding favors. They said they didn't want more food, so edible favors are out, and the non-edible things were never useful or well-made, so they'd rather just not get them.
