Wow. Am a married lady! Our wedding was 22nd April 2011 in Phuket, Thailand........and it really was everything we dreamed it would be.

We were away for 3 weeks in total, and it just feels like a life-time - we are definitely having a hard time adjusting to being back!

Congratulations! And ((hugs))

I love those bridesmaid dresses. Can you share the designer/style/where you got them?

Thanks!

The bridesmaid dresses are Allison by Ebony Rose

We chose them because they had a colour in the range that was 'exactly' what I wanted - and I didn't see it in any other ranges. They were either too bright turquoise or too green....

The dress is a strapless style, but we just ordered extra material to make the individual straps my girls wanted.

Thanks so much! It would of course be strapless...everything is it seems. And I so don't want strapless. It looks like you had an expert seamstress make the straps.

I know, right? Soooo many strapless dresses! The store where we got them did the alterations - they said people do it alot. It was easy to order the extra material......

Oh my, this is all so beautiful. The venue, the colors, wow. Congratulations!

I am so sorry about your grandmother. I bet she held on until she got the news of your wedding -- what a tribute to her feelings for you. I hope you are able to grieve when you get home and that the funeral is as good as it can be.

Thank you....my Mum (whose Mum Nana was) is convinced she waited until she knew I was married. It makes me happy & sad to know that...Nana was also pretty smart, and I don't think it is a coincidence that this was the first time that my Mum and her brother had both been out of the country at the same time in over 15 years. Nana did not like a fuss :) She was a classy lady...

When we first saw pictues of it we just knew that it was the place we wanted to get married.....it also has air-con, which is a big plus given it was 35+ degrees C outside :)We wanted the water & beach setting, but we didn't want to get married actually on the beach!

Absolutely beautiful from start to finish. I love how all the colors pop in such a magical way.

Thank you! I was really happy with how the colours looked, and how everything worked with the flowers. We came up with the coral/turquoise colour scheme when we were doing our invites.....

Thanks! Due to the heat, and being outside for a good part of the time I knew that I wanted my hair up and off my face - because my bridesmaids are both taller than me we decided for them to have low buns and then my high bun gave me more height! :)
