And I remember your post! LOL Goooood times =P My husband & I did a JOP & will have been married over 2yrs by the time our formal wedding rolls around in November. I remember from that post a bunch of people bashing me because they said our Priest wouldn't give us a full wedding mass. Well when we went in for Pre-Cana & told him we were already married, he was overjoyed for us & said of course we could have a full mass! We weren't married in the eyes of the Church! Which is exactly what I said, but we all saw how that went in your post! hahahaha
But, I am happy for both of you that it worked out with the health insurance. Must have such a relief! P.S. Karaoke at the reception?! OMG Yes please!

My suggestion is directed towards your reception venue comment. The tables won't matter what they look like once you toss linens, etc over 'em, but I would say spend a bit of money and rent chairs so you can get the look you want. Also, creative draping of a gauzy fabric across the ceiling would hide it/ hopefully shouldn't be too expensive. Do you know what I'm describing? I've seen a few weddings where they have, like, a chandelier light with fabric all extending outwards from it. You could hang it fairly close to the ceiling so it doesn't risk cramping the space and, because I know you said your theme was nature-y, working with something more floral looking as oppose to a stereotypical, crystal chandelier could look really pretty.
Anyway, that's my kind of confusing two cents.

I'll keep an eye peeled for any actual photos of what I'm describing.
