Ugh, I feel like I am sinking. I haven't picked my colors yet, I need to. We're getting married on the 7th of May, so if you had or are having a wedding in spring I would love to see your photos and inspiration, greatly greatly greatly appreciated!!!

I am having a fall wedding. But check this out!! They have a TON of colors and inspiration. This site helped me pick out my colors.

Agreed! I said 'to hell' with themes and schemes. We ended up with a lot of clover green and our wedding is in October. Color does not have to match season.

Agreed x2! If I had to stick to "themes" for my January (2012) wedding, I'd be stuck with, like, ivory and red or navy and silver. And those are very pretty and elegant, but not very "us" (we're not pretty or elegant!). So we're saying to heck with convention, let's have awesome fun bright colors-- they'll be a nice break from winter gloom.

All this to say, OP, that you could just pick some colors you love and run with them in any direction you'd like.
