Honestly, I'd make it/have it made. It won't be cheap, but you'll get the colour you want.

Alternatively, you could just add in a layer of hot pink tulle along the bottom edge.

Unless you have a friend who can sew (there are patterns) you could resort to a seamstress... or yes, try posting an alchemy.

Sorry, seeing as I sew myself (plus have lots of avid sewing family members) I've never needed to look for someone.

The cheapest way would probably be to get a crinoline off eBay, then purchase a couple of yards of hot pink tulle. Cut off some of the length of the crinoline and sew the same length of hot pink tulle in to replace it.

i can possibly do that. i know a lady who's going to size my dress for me so she can obviously fix up the crinny. although i'm sadly set on diy'ing the crinny. i want to get hot pink dye all over the place and have fun with it. i hate people doing things for me. lol

oh! $25! not bad! now, i wonder if that includes the crinnny or if i'll have to find one. i've seen sites where i'd have to get my own, ship it to them and they'd dye it. lol. but, i'll look around. thanks so much!

If you read the description you'd have to purchase the crinoline, get it to them, then pay $25 plus $12 shipping for them to dye it.

when do you need it? My wedding is in 2 1/2 weeks (omg, omg, omg, omg!) and my crinny is totally hot pink. I would be willing to sell it to you for a fraction of what it cost me (about $60). I have pictures of it if you are interested, just let me know.
