DYI STD Magnets

Have any of you had any experience with this DIY STD Magnet kit: www.classiceventgifts.com/sdamakit.html? I'm on a budget but would love for my STDs to be magnets. However, most places I checked want around $140 for 100 of the 4x5 magnets, which is okay but I'd like to go cheaper. I found this and really liked the price but wanted to see if anyone

I've never used those but have you checked vistaprint for their prices? They have really ugly weddings designs, but they do let you upload your own for like a one time fee of $1.99 and pretty reasonable with their prices.

Haha, I laughed when I read "they have really ugly wedding designs" because I thought the same thing when I checked them out, but they are definitely on my list if I do have them done professionally. Thanks!

I really recommend vistaprint myself. I designed mine myself, and I ended up with 80 4x5 magnets for less than $70.

im having my engagment photos put on magnets for favors from www.vistaprints.com and its only going to cost like 50 bucks. You could probably do stds too

Another option would be to check out places like Staples and Office Depot; they sell magnet paper that works with home printers. It may be cheaper to buy that and design them on your computer.

I did this and it was cheaper. I did the filmstrip so it wasn't a particularly difficult design by any means but it was easy to just buy the paper and do them from home. The I just attached them to some nice cardstock, added a belly band, envelope and done.

Others have mentioned Vistaprint but I wanted to say I was surprised at the quality of their magnets - esp since they were so inexpensive. We got 30 magnets and 100 business cards (the smallest number we could get! They went on the front of the STD card and the leftovers will be favor tags I guess) - for about $30.
