Yup. The 125 we have made are currently residing in my mom's enormous freezer.

Yeah for cupcakes! We are having orange cupcakes with vanilla buttercream for our wedding on Friday. Cupcakes ROCK!!!

The pistachio ones are sooo delicious. Because we used pudding, they're really dense and moist. They'll be with lemon frosting. The chocolate cupcakes will have chocolate frosting, and the Dr Pepper, banana, and vanilla cupcakes will be with vanilla frosting.

Yaaay, cupcakes! (Mm, orange + vanilla.)

I never would have thought to combine pistachio and lemon. I am thinking of cherry frosting on the Dr Pepper.

Sorry to digress from wedding plans. I have a goal of baking something every week. Next week is poke cupcakes, the a cookie recipe. The next week was to be red velvet but I think I might move them for the Dr Pepper cuppies.

We tried the lemon frosting on a whim (because it was the only flavor we had!) and it turned out to be super-yummy.

Yum! I just had to leave a note because I'm also marrying a Jimmy, and we're also planning on doing cupcakes!

Oooo pistachio sounds yummy. DO you make it with the directions ont he box but just add pistachio pudding mix?
