It's time for another reminder of the most frequently broken Community Rules!

Any post that is off-topic will be deleted. While we're concerned for the families affected by the flood and we want to share in the joy of your new neice, this is NOT the place to discuss those topics unless they DIRECTLY RELATE TO YOUR WEDDING.

you only delete posts if they offend the mods. Otherwise you're fine with it

No, I don't delete posts if they offend the mods.

I deleted your post because you edited it to the point in which is was no longer wedding planning related. Also, it was deleted because it breaks Rule 9: If drama errupts in the comments of a post, keep it in the comments! Any community post made to fuel the drama will be deleted, no warnings.

Because you were making a post to fuel the drama and chastize and lecture this community because you weren't getting the reaction you felt you deserved, it was deleted.

I do not "only delete posts if they offend the mods." In fact, I've deleted a post of yours once before because it was off-topic. We also delete posts that are one line squees and posts with pictures of pets in them.

If you're going to accuse me of being a bad moderator, the least you can do is have facts to back up your case.

you would not even let me respond in the comment to being bashed left and right by people. How else am I supposed to defend myself if you wouldn't delete those posts which you admitted yourself were out of line.

You responded to the comment thread several times. A mod stepped in to tell the other commenter that she was out of line. Then I stepped in to freeze the thread because the argument wasn't going anywhere and if anything, people were ganging up on you and I wanted to STOP THEM FROM GANGING UP ON YOU FURTHER.

You defended yourself by editing your original post to include a second edit. Then you defended yourself AGAIN (to an argument that had been frozen and nobody else was bringing religion against you) by editing your post a third time. It was at that point when I decided to delete it. You had cleared your post of anything wedding-planning related, so at that point, you weren't looking for advice on your situation, you were just looking to pick a fight and piss people off. Your post was no longer productive, so it was time to delete it.
