i was going to post about this myself! my teeth weren't bad but could use a little work, i do drink espresso every morning & i like iced tea & diet soda (all stain my teeth). FH bought the Listerine Whitening Mouthwash & i've always used a whitening toothpaste. the combo of both has seemed to work really well! i can tell my teeth have whitened a few shades, and it seems to be preventing new stains. i saw results about half way thru the bottle & we're on our second bottle now. i can tell FH's teeth are looking a lot better, as his were a little more yellow than mine. i never have the patience to use those at home whitening systems, and i definitely don't have the money to do the in-office whitening at the dentist, so this was easy for me.

Crest White-strips Premium.

They are GREAT!

If you go to a dentist to get them done, you'll end up spending around $400-500. :\

I believe the Premium White-Strips are about $40-50. But they are definitely worth it. I think it is a week long kit, and by the end of the week, your teeth are definitely noticably whiter.

Mind you, if you have really yellow, discolored teeth, the results you want may not be achieved through one box of white-strips, and you may have better luck with a dentists whitening system.

I've used Crest White Strips in the past with great results, and I'm going to use them again for the wedding. I also always use their "extra whitening" toothpaste, and recently bought the whitening mouth wash to add into my routine. I don't know if those products really make that much of a difference on their own, but I figure every little thing helps.

The premium white strips are around $30 and whiten within 7-10 days I think. You might want to start them a few weeks before the wedding, in case you decide you need a 2nd (or 3rd) treatment. The results are supposed to last for a year, so don't worry about whitening too early. I know I first used them shortly after they were released, and I got compliments on my teeth years later. They are worth the money, in my opinion, especially since the results last much longer than the wedding.

Me too. I used them about five years ago and just within the last few months have thought that I might need to use them again.

I agree with the Crest Whitestrips too. Awsome results!

But I have a big warning about pinching pennies and grabbing the cheaper whitening kits placed next to the Crest one. My FH bought one of these to save 10 bucks and his face ended up puffing up twice the size for about 2 weeks after he stopped using it:S Not what you want before the wedding. Never had a problem with the Crest ones though!

I used the aquafresh pre filled trays and loved the results. The whitestrips always make my mouth fill with drool...
