We got ours at AC Moore the morning of the wedding (it had rained and the pavillion was damp). It was a nice material, rolled out without tearing, and cost us about $30.

somebody gave me a really good non-aisle runner idea the other day. she said to use pea gravel. it's really cheap and won't hang on to moisture, and it looks really pretty. home depot or lowe's will have it! i think it's what we're going to use instead.

If you're getting married outside you should use an aisle runner, however if you're getting married inside it's best if you don't.
