Does anyone have any recommendations re: websites/stores where I can find a decent quality (ie not plastic) aisle runner?

Thanks in advance! :)

We got ours at AC Moore the morning of the wedding (it had rained and the pavillion was damp). It was a nice material, rolled out without tearing, and cost us about $30.

Thanks... I'm going to look into our local arts and crafts places too. :)

Are you using a florist? My friend, who's getting married in a couple months, is going through her florist for all the ceremony rentals.

We are but we want to comparison shop - her runner seems a little pricey.

they have a whole wedding crap aisle. it's mostly chintzy plastic wedding rings, etc, but it has a few useful things.

I used that one, it's okay, but no the most wonderful quality.

If you're getting married outside you should use an aisle runner, however if you're getting married inside it's best if you don't.

I don't know what your budget is like, and this site is a little on the pricey side, but they can customize your runner any way you'd like. Original Runners.

somebody gave me a really good non-aisle runner idea the other day. she said to use pea gravel. it's really cheap and won't hang on to moisture, and it looks really pretty. home depot or lowe's will have it! i think it's what we're going to use instead.
