Then again, it may have been meant just for impressions, because peeking out from under the manga were books on strategy and forensics. He no longer was missing an arm, although his new one was tucked into his front sweatshirt pocket and seemingly ignored.

"It's just some Spidey-themed gear from my Mom's shop. Lame, I know, but I was kind of strapped for cash. There's a web patterned shirt and a black hoodie with a spider.... aaand a hat. I think. Might've forgotten to pack the hat."
She curls herself up into the chair and finally looks at Enzan face to face. "I'm really sorry I couldn't come sooner," she whispers. What about the arm, you ask? Oh, that just got a casual glance. Not that May's not upset at seeing it, but hey, she grew up around a man with a prosthetic limb. So not that traumatizing. "What have you been up to? Other than reading, apparently."
