I do DIY quite well, You should see my flat, its lush. But I also have to borrow tools for all my jobs (normally from my brother) as I only have one screwdriver and a hammer! I swear that is all you realy need to fix things! ^_^

Bathroom: light goes on, fan goes on, light goes off, fan goes off - yup!
toilet seat is no longer falling off - yup!

Shower room: light and fan go on without screaming, light and fan go off -yup!

Hall: loft hatch back where it belongs - yup!

Windows: lovely and sparkley - yup!

Fridge shelf: don't ask, it'll be sorted by next week.

Expensive call out charges from a guy who'll charge £50 before he even crosses the threshold: none!
