Is it possible to have readers rate/vote on books that are published by a separate company? Like a small publishing press?

I'm not absolutely postive what you're asking, so feel free to set me straight. However I believe the answer to your question is no- for copywright reasons WEbook can't take credit (as publishing under the company's name would undoubtably be) for anything already put to press. However you're welcome to post new works of writing, or completed-but-unpublished works of writing, on the site for publication.

I will (I promise!)- it's taking me a while to get to your story, and I want to devote my full attention to the writing when I do look.
