Odd. I got my bus pass through today, strangely it doesn't say Disabled whereas I thought it would. Secondly on the back it says Bus Pass Valid on terms set out in North Yorkshire Bus Pass Scheme. Only they never sent me any details of the scheme whatsoever. All I got back was my papers sent & my bus pass, not even a letter to say what they were ( Read more... )

I've yet to do this letter. Next stop is to send the cheque for the vouchers. This seems to be taking forever to get something so simple :-(
