Medical info: Healthy! And very much so. Ordinary young japanese male. Slightly on the gay side~ He looooves alcohol and drinking. Tolerance is average and he gets more determined while drunk. Slightly ditzy too.
Physical Traits: Medium height, lanky and thin, all over the place with his limbs, very cute and feminine face, short and curly/wavy hair in a fluffy demeanor.
What's Okay to Mention: Anything except overuse of talking about wind or going out in the windy weather.
Notes For the Psychics: Has some past mental issues with guilt and selfhate and/or not!worth for things that he believes he caused in the past. Won't talk about it at all a shut off if someone tries to inquire about it.

He's a good cosplayer, and has no qualms about dressing up in even dresses and lace or nurses uniforms. O/ He's not a cross dresser, just a... very obssessed cosplayer who thinks you should think he's cute whenever he's dressing up :D Chitose's also very loud. And clingy. And a nuisance.
He can sew! He's actually pretty good at this and he makes most of his costumes himself.
Fun fact: He'll tease you forever if he thinks you're stiff and won't react to the current weather, react strongly to his antics, get flustered. The list goes on. He likes to get a reaction out of people, even if it's a bit of manhandling. He wants you to TAKE HIM SERIOUSLY and act accordingly. I think we could call him a bit of a masochist |D
