Just a random passerby who read this (hello!) and I agree with all of what you said! ...that never happens!
The real reason I commented was because of:
Harry will always be my favourite, and I even loved him in CAPS form, but he's even better in this.
I was touched, because I am such a ridiculously loyal Harry fan and everyone is all obsessed with obscure characters these days when Harry is just. The best.

Me too! I love other characters, of course, but Harry will always be the top. It always seems like you're disappointing someone if they ask your favourite character and you say Harry. It's like, "Oh. Really?"

Yes, people think it cliche and usually ask me why. Why not? I mean, really...

We have another two years or so before the next book comes out, but I don't know how the heck she's going to do it! We've had a structure for it so far - everyone going to hogwarts and whatnot, but now, is harry suddenly going to go on a roadtrip to find the missing items? Is there going to be no hogwarts?

And yes, I felt a surprising amount of glee when Draco stepped on Harry's nose :)))) but I did feel bad for the crying scene, because SHIT, draco's gone as low as to crying to a ghost. :"> ah, love.

I know! It will be like an entirely different series if Harry is not at Hogwarts. It's not like Ron and Hermione will drop out too, so will we even see the other characters at all? Unless of course Hogwarts is closed, but even then, I am used to seeing lots of characters, not just one or three!

I am kind of fond of the idea of Draco sitting around with Myrtle all the time, complaining that his peas weren't mushy enough, though I could do without the tears. :))

Actually I think the tears just proved how desperate he was, and how dire the situation he was in. :-L After all, I think I'd be a mess if I was told to kill someone - anyone, really - and if I didn't then my father and mother's head would be on a platter :))

Me too, I just don't want to have to look at it.

I think that truly evil Snape will be a Snape that is the true evil genius of the series, more clever than even Voldemort, who never, ever fooled Dumbles even once. He really WILL be a Prince if that's the case, and I love love love the very idea.

But alas, I think it'll probably end up being a red herring.

I have to agree, on both counts. Alas! The coolness, it is lost.

It was pretty much the opposite with me, I think it was just fanfic that made me forget how much of a bastard Harry is. I wont get into that now though...;)

I don't really read much fic, so my love for Harry is all canon. :D
