Perfect. In some ways, Sam and Dean are separate continents, and I can imagine Dean feeling uncomfortable, getting angry because he thinks Sam might be patronizing him by parading him around stuff Dean doesn't remotely understand. But it's also very Dean to go off and think about it, later, to ponder what it realy means to Sam and try, in his own ham-fisted way, to make amends.

Gorgeous job with the boys' voices, Sam especially just to true to the way he was in S2, the little self-corrections he does as he talks, and all that. LOL, and Dean, blue-collar all the way. Yeah. What an excellent reprieve from all the doom and angst fan fic is wrestling lately. Thanks for sharing this!
